The school has established a Friends of Frongoch group made up of parents and teachers. This committee meets most terms to arrange events for pupils, which raise funds to provide the school with extra materials. These events also provide social opportunities for parents and families. All parents and staff are welcome to join – in fact, your participation in this group is encouraged and appreciated by all, in the belief that many hands do light work.

PTA/Fundraising in Ysgol Frongoch

We started our fundraising this month by holding a Children’s raffle. All donations for this raffle went to
support the charity Breakthrough T1, whom Ms Dumayne is running the London Marathon in aid of. We raised a total of £150. Thanks to all who gave generously to this worthy cause and congratulations to our prize winners, particularly Phoenix who won the main prize!

Easter has provided us with some fundraising activities from decorating our own eggs to the renowned Easter Bingo event. Thank you to all parents and pupils who supported these events. The grand total of money raised was £716.95! Amazing!
