Breakfast club / Clwb brecwast

 

 

Here at Ysgol Frongoch we operate a daily Breakfast Club which is open to all pupils. The Club opens from 8:15am and children can have the option of the following healthy breakfast and drink:

Drink

  • Apple Juice or Orange Juice
  • Milk
  • Water

Breakfast

  • Cereal (Wheetabix, Shreddies and Cheerios)
  • Yoghurt
  • Fruit (Apples/Grapes/Melon)
  • Porridge
  • Toast with Butter (option of jam on Fridays)

 

There is a selection of games/activities which are on offer to children during this time. 

There is no cost for this session and children can come to the sessions as they need to – no booking is necessary, but a form will need to be initially completed, which can be obtained by clicking on the following link or from the school office.

We also have a further Breakfast Club provision for parents who wish to leave their children at school earlier, which is open from 7.30am every morning. The cost of this will be £2 per day, or £10 for a five-day week. Siblings will have a 50% discount and this then allows the children to have breakfast during this time.

Yma yn Ysgol Frongoch rydym yn cynnal Clwb Brecwast dyddiol sydd ar agor i bob disgybl. Mae'r Clwb yn agor o 8:15am a gall plant gael y dewis o'r brecwast a'r ddiod iach canlynol:

Yfed

  • Sudd Afal neu Sudd Oren

  • Llaeth

  • Dwfr

Brecwast

  • Grawnfwyd (Wheetabix, Shreddies a Cheerios)

  • Iogwrt

  • Ffrwythau (Afalau/Grawnwin/Melon)

  • Uwd

  • Tost gyda Menyn (dewis o jam ar ddydd Gwener)

Mae yna ddetholiad o gemau/gweithgareddau sydd ar gael i blant yn ystod y cyfnod hwn.

Nid oes cost am y sesiwn hon a gall plant ddod i'r sesiynau fel y bo angen – nid oes angen archebu, ond bydd angen cwblhau ffurflen yn gyntaf, y gellir ei chael drwy glicio ar y ddolen ganlynol neu o swyddfa'r ysgol.

Mae gennym ni hefyd ddarpariaeth Clwb Brecwast pellach i rieni sy'n dymuno gadael eu plant yn yr ysgol yn gynharach, sydd ar agor o 7.30am bob bore. Cost hyn fydd £2 y dydd, neu £10 am wythnos pum niwrnod. Bydd gan frodyr a chwiorydd ostyngiad o 50% ac mae hyn wedyn yn caniatáu i'r plant gael brecwast yn ystod yr amser hwn.
